Cancellation Policy
I kindly request that you be respectful and provide at least 48 hours' notice when canceling your appointments. Failure to do so may result in a charge of 35% of the service cost. I understand that life is unpredictable, so for the first occurrence, there will be no charge.
No-call, no-show appointments may incur charges up to the full cost of the service. Repeated no-call, no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will require a deposit to schedule future appointments or may result in being blocked as a client.
Being more than 5 minutes to late to your appointment may result in needing to cancel or reschedule, which would be considered a same-day cancellation.
If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, please notify me as soon possible. Oftentimes, I am still be able to accommodate you!
